What a joy to welcome you to Resurrection Lutheran Church today! You'll discover that one of our goals is to provide a spiritual home where people just like you can have a life-changing experience with God. Another goal is to help you encounter the life, grace and love of Jesus Christ through engaging and powerful worship services, Bible studies, and fellowship with other believers.
Resurrection held its first worship service on March 15, 1992 and was chartered on September 27, 1992. It was officially organized as an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregation on April 4, 1993. In December 1997, we began worshiping at our location at the corner of Lora Smith Road and Hwy. 34.
Resurrection Lutheran Church is in partnership with the 10,500 congregations, 28
Lutheran colleges and universities, 8 seminaries, 350 world-wide missionaries,
Lutheran Social Services of America and Lutheran World Relief; all ministries of
the 4.6 million member Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
